Will the ATWC comply with state and

local building codes?

 

21st Century Homes & Structures and its ATWC have been designed to withstand the most extreme conditions worldwide.  It is manufactured to comply with, and in many cases exceed, building code standards

 

What is the warranty?

 

The ATWC buildings are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and 1 year of our labor.

 

 

What is the delivery time?

 

As  high demands for the ATWC increases, please contact your local 21st Century Home distributor for current estimated delivery dates.

 

Is the ATWC a temporary structure?

 

NO.  In fact, the ATWC is certified for its permanent structural performance and durability.

 

Can it be moved again in the future?

 

The ATWC is designed in such a way that it can be transported by our trained assembly teams for as many moves as required.

 

How long will it take to assemble my ATWC?

 

With the right condition (e.g. weather, site conditions) our trained assembly team have been assembling ATWC within two days!

 

What do I have to do before my

ATWC arrives?

 

Customers are ultimately responsible for securing local building permits and providing foundations and connection to services for your ATWC.  However, we can provide these additional services to assist you in establishing your ATWC on your chosen site.

 

What foundations are required?

 

The ATWC is designed to be supported by a standard foundation.  However, specific foundation design can be engineered to allow your ATWC to be assembled on the most challenging of building sites.

 

 

Who does the foundations and services?

 

You can organized a third party to establish the foundation, or you may choose to use our installers who specializes in 21st Century Homes and Structure's foundations and services.

 

What documents do I need for my

building permit application?

 

Your ATWC consultant will provide you with a full set of detailed work drawings and specifications to support building applications.

 

How can I get my ATWC onto a difficult site?

 

Your ATWC is manufactured to conform to international shipping standards and can be driven to your site on a standard truck.  Your ATWC can be craned or winched into the most challenging of locations, and can even be airlifted if utilized for emergency shelter

 

Can my ATWC go on top of another structure?

 

There are cases where your ATWC will be able to be positioned on top of another structure.  Engineering analysis will be required to determine suitability on a case by case basis.

 

Where does the acronym ATWC come from?

 

Derived from the merging of four words that embody the mindset of "The Getting Away" experience - ATWC stands for All Terrain & Weather Cabins.

 

What about the landscaping?

 

How your ATWC interacts with its immediate environment is important.  Therefore, we recommend you talk with a local professional that will give you an assessment of your site, recommendation and a detailed landscape plan.  These services not only support your investment and enhance your living environment, but will also assist with building permit approvals; and if need be, the resale value.
